Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers takes place in the NBA Playoffs Eastern Conference Finals Game 3 on Sunday night with the series all square following two amazingly tight games in Miami. The series now moves to Indiana where the Pacers will be looking to get their noses in front. The game is scheduled to tip off at 8.30 p.m. ET and can be watched online through free live stream (details below).
This series is quickly turning into one of the classics, with both games so far being absolutely thrilling throughout, and both have nail-biting finishes.
In Game 1, Paul George scored an amazing long-range three pointer with a fraction of a second to go in regulation to tie things level and send the game into overtime. The Heat then looked to have got themselves into a winning position, but with just 2.2 seconds left a foul meant the Pacers were able to score three free throws and move a single point ahead of Miami.
But in a dramatic final twist, LeBron James received the ball with less than two seconds to go and powered his way through the Pacers' defense to score a game-winning lay-up, beating the buzzer with literally no time left.
That breathless finish left many wondering whether Game 2 would be a let-down, and fail to live up to the amazing drama of Game 1. However, the game was just as dramatic, and saw the game swing back and forth before the Heat looked to be turning the screw in the fourth quarter.
But this time it was the Pacers' turn to snatch the game at the death, although amazingly it was LeBron James – hero just days before – who turned over the ball two times in the final minute of the game to hand Indiana the victory.

The Miami Heat took a 2-1 series lead on Sunday with a blowout victory over the Indiana Pacers in Game 3. All five Miami starters reached double figures in the victory, led by 22 points from forward LeBron James. Center Chris Bosh added 15 points, while guard Dwyane Wade had 18 points to go with eight assists.
Forward David West had a team-high 21 points for Indiana in the loss. Center Roy Hibbert added 20, but more than half of those points came at the free throw line. Hibbert shot just four-of-12 from the field, while forward/guard Paul George, the breakout star of the 2013 playoffs, finished the game with just 13 points on three-of-10 shooting.
The Heat have now taken back home court advantage after losing in Indiana in Game 2. Pacers coach Frank Vogel told Associated Press that he must figure out a way to stop James if his team has any chance of winning Game 4.
"We've got to do a better job on the ball, we've got to be more active on our helps and we've got to double [LeBron James] more," Vogel said before Game 4. "We're not going to double him every time he touches the ball, but we'll look at some things and try to break his rhythm."
However, as IndyStar.com notes, the Pacers will also need to slow down some of the Heat's role players. Forward Udonis Haslem missed just one of his nine shots during Miami's Game 3 win, while forward Chris Andersen made all seven of his attempts during the Heat's Game 1 victory.
As Bosh noted, Haslem also played a big role limiting Hibbert's impact in Game 3.
"We can't just let him sit down in the post and patrol the lane without making him think a little bit about what he has to do," the center told USA Today before Game 4. "Udonis was a big part of that. We're going to have to utilize our outside shooting to lure [Hibbert] out just a couple of steps, so he won't be as quick to the challenges as usual."
According to Bovada.com, the Heat are three-point favorites heading into Game 4, while the over/under is currently set at 185 points.
We imagine Indiana will make some adjustments after its Game 3 loss. The Pacers have proven they can compete with Miami, and we think they will do enough to win Game 4 and once again tie this series.
